How can I personalize a product?

All you need to do is select your product and design it with your name/text/art/image!

Is it compulsory to select from existing templates?

You can either select from our existing design template or you can also upload your own images/art/logo/text!
Kindly note that all the uploaded information are kept confidential with us and are used solely for the purpose for order processing and reorder.

How can I upload my designs?

You can select any product of your preference and then click on the DESIGN IT button and can easily upload your designs.

What if I provide you with my product and avail your personalization services?

Sorry! We are not providing such services.

Can you guarantee the color of ingraining as shown on the products on your site?

We do not guarantee the color of ingraining on any product as the color of finished product might appear different.

Does the quality/color of image I upload appear same after it gets printed?

We do not guarantee the color of the uploaded images/designs as the process includes heat transfer of the images where some loss of color is always applicable.

How do I register at Printmyemotion?

Please click on the Register, You will then be prompted to a page where you can proceed to create your account. Fill in your details as requested before clicking ‘Submit'. Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you registered.

Is it compulsory to have an account to shopping from

Printmyemotion provides you an option to shop as a guest too. Just click on ‘Continue as a guest’ and buy any personalized products.

Cancellations and returns

Can I cancel an order?

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
  • You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to email at or call at (+91) 9829054966 immediately along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
  • Your orders can also be cancelled if Printmyemotion team finds your payments have not been received.
  • Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Printmyemotion will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Can I return the goods that I have received?

Sorry but we do not entertain any return or exchange.

Can I customize my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We cancel your order as soon as the request is generated and the refund process is initiated within 72 hours.It further takes 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited in your account. Please note if the payment is made via Credit Card , it might take 20-22 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your account details.

If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?

Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 100 against the courier charges.

What if the product that I received has damaged?

We take special care to deliver your products in the excellent condition. However, you can if you receive any product in unusable condition, you can contact our customer care and they will do the needful.

Can I also return a product which was found broken upon use?

Please contact our Customer Care and report the issue .We shall be happy to facilitate the resolution for the same.

Shipment and delivery

How long does it take for delivery?

  • When you order from our website, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours
  • We attempt to process every paid order and ship within 4 working days if placed before 1 P.M. and 5 working days if placed after 1 P.M.
  • For free orders your order will reach you within 7 working days if placed before 1PM and within 8 working days if placed after 1PM.
  • Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated ducall the process of ordecall. 
  • Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordecall, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Do you have any shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are dependent on weight of the product, as the weight increases the shipping charges may vary.Basic or minimum shipping charge is Rs. 50. Kindly note that we provide Free Shipping services at occasions and festivals.

How can I track my order details?

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Printmyemotion once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

The order I received is not complete. What do I do?

How do I re-order previously bought items?

Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

My products have not arrived yet. What can I do?

Please don’t worry. If you have the tracking information  please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. If you are not happy with the information, keep your order number ready and we will be happy to help you.

How do I modify my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Do you take any extra effort while delivery of brittle products like mugs?

We take special care to deliver our products in excellent condition .We use eco-friendly packaging to keep our products safe and secured from external harms.


What are the payment options available at

The payment options we support are Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, Printmyemotion Sales Agent -You can pay when you put in your order-request to the sales person. (Applicable only for JAIPUR). All the online payments are processed through Instant Pay payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions.

How does COD payment method works?

We provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made to the delivery person at time of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product packaging has not been tampered with, before making the payment and receiving the order. Kindly note you will need to make the payment before opening the product packaging.

How should I apply the discount voucher to my order?

Once you add product to the cart and click on ADD TO CART button, you will be prompted to MY CART and you can enter the voucher code in the respective tab before checking out.

There was an error while processing of payment. How will I know if the payment made successfully or not?

In case of payment errors/failure, please ensure that:
  1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking).
  2. Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  3. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care along with your order number and details of the amount deducted, or send an email to for any further clarifications.

Why can't I see the cash on delivery option on my payment page?

We are sorry for the inconvenience but this might be due to either your order value is below Rs.500 INR or your postal code does not fall into our COD applicable area.
